Dr. Jennifer Johnson specializes in parent training and working with children, adolescents, and families with a wide range of behavioral, emotional, and social concerns.
Working with children and parents is Dr. Johnson’s passion, and she takes a holistic and collaborative approach to therapy. She works with clients and other professionals to develop the most effective treatment plan. Dr. Johnson uses empirically validated interventions including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavior management and modification, family systems, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. Her ability to easily relate with and connect to clients provide them with a warm and comfortable space to share and express themselves.
Dr. Johnson graduated from the University of Memphis in School Psychology with a specialization in pediatric psychology. She worked in a variety of clinical settings including schools, hospitals, primary care, and outpatient centers.
