Emily offers a practical and realistic perspective while providing a warm, welcoming, and safe environment. Her psychotherapeutic orientation is integrative, including elements from ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), solution-focused therapies, and mindfulness, among others. She uses techniques and approaches best suited to a client’s situational needs and communication style.
